Guard dispatch and alarm response

When talking is not enough, we show up.

Most monitoring companies end the call by phoning the police. In our coverage areas, we send a uniformed 1Averiq patrol, keep watching while they travel and finish with a site check and report.

What happens on a dispatch

One team from the camera to the gate.

01

Verified

An operator confirms a real threat on live video. Guards never roll on an unverified alarm.

02

Dispatched

The nearest available patrol is sent with the location, entry point and a description of the person.

03

Guided

The operator stays on camera and updates the patrol and police while they travel.

04

On site

The guard checks the perimeter, secures entry points and meets police or keyholders if needed.

05

Reported

Photos, findings and next steps go into the incident report the same night.

Why verification matters

An alarm gets a call back. A verified crime gets attention.

An unconfirmed alarm is one call in a long queue. A trained operator reporting a crime in progress, with a live description and direction of travel, is a different call. Many police services treat it that way.

  • Live description of the person, vehicle and direction
  • Clips and stills ready the moment police ask
  • Fewer false calls, which protects your standing with local police

Alarm response

Already have an alarm panel? We can answer it.

If your intrusion alarm wakes up a manager every time the wind blows, we can take those calls. We verify on camera first, then send a patrol only when it is needed.

Verified alarm response

Alarm signal, camera check, then patrol if the event is real.

Keyholder service

Our patrol meets police or contractors so your staff can stay home.

Lock-up and unlock checks

Scheduled visits to confirm doors, gates and equipment are secure.

Post-incident securing

Staying on site after a break-in until repairs or a board-up crew arrive.

Coverage, stated plainly

We only promise response where we have people.

Remote monitoring works anywhere a camera has a connection. Guard dispatch depends on where our patrol teams operate. Before you sign, we confirm in writing what response level your address gets and what the target times are. Outside our patrol areas, we coordinate police and your own contacts and still hand you the full report.

Ask us about your address. We will tell you on the first call whether patrol response is available.

A phone call is not a response plan.
